You WILL be immediately publicly blacklisted in the "Blacklist" channel in my server with no exceptions when it says (Private) literally right next to the name of the avatar which is the first thing you see on your account when its uploaded shouldn't be hard to miss also do NOT remove my credits from the description or remove (Private) from the name of the avatar.2. If you make content with my work please credit me where needed.3. Unity Packages… I don't give my files out they are. UPLOADS ONLY. You can thank the leakers for this.4. Final purchases NO refunds.
If something for whatever reason happens to your account or your private avatars, or you're banned, or simply want to make a new account and switch to it. I am not responsible or obligated to compensate or make up for this. I am not going to re-upload several avis to an alt because you got banned on your own time or simply because you got tired of your old account and want to move accounts it is not my liability to take my own time to reimburse you by re-uploading or refunding when again (All sales are final) and when I am not the one who got you banned or made you lose your account neither am I the reason for you getting tired of your old account and wanting to switch, as for uploading to a alt on my own time that will certainly not be for free, this is my time we are talking about too and again I'm not liable to do that for you on my free time I can for a price however if you make a alt or new account and have proof of purchase of those avis on the old account prior to the ban and prior to the want for a account change and do state if you're just wanting it uploaded to a alt or if its ban related, then any new account and alt account uploads unless said avis were changed, remade, or discontinued, will be $5 per avi upload.5. 1 avi per person rule, this means if you buy an avi for yourself and you also want it for your friend or other friends that one purchase doesn't mean you can pick and choose other friends and they get the same upload as well within that one payment no either you or they will need to buy it again for their account as well as your other friends accounts too if they want it again, do NOT make it public for them because you're too cheap to buy it for them as well, I WILL find out and you WILL be banned and blacklisted with no warning.6. I don’t sell NSFW avis to Minors you will need to do the basic 18+ age verification in my server and have the 18+ role to buy the NSFW versions. I do have SFW versions for everyone else. If you fail to comply I have the right to refuse upload services.7. I am not a wh*re, so don’t offer alternative way’s to pay me for an avatar. Other than Cashapp, PayPal or Ko-Fi. These are my only accepted payment methods.8. As of Sept 2026 If you buy from me any Non dextro protected versions of my avatars which are avis without dextro as in they are unprotected avis meaning people are able to steal (rip) off of you whether it's private or not as long as you're wearing it then they can take it in a public instance this doesn't apply to private instances they can't do that if you're again in a private instance this is only if your in a public instance with an unprotected avi that they can do that but they can't if you're in a private instance their ripping capability is limited to public instances. With this addition to my TOS you are now agreeing and accepting to keeping my Non Dextro (unprotected) versions of my models in private instances upon purchasing should you buy the dextro protected versions of the avatar still be cautious in publics as there is a modified ripping client out their that uses AI to bypass Dextro. I should not have to explain why this TOS change is, you guys already are aware of the ripping situations that are going around I'm not here to take any risks with my models going forward. I don't sit here and put all of this time into these avis just for my passion to be completely destroyed as a whole by leakers/rippers ruining the fun just because some buyers fail to follow this rule therefore if anyone is found with any models past September 2026 and are wearing and flaunting them in public instances it will be taken as you intentionally trying to get my avis leaked or ripped and it will be an immediate blacklist and I will no longer sell to you anymore. As at that point, my models have probably already been ripped off of you and leaked. Ripper bots are everywhere in public instances even group public instances aren't safe, not even 18+ instances they have mods to bypass the age verification they are going around 24/7 not only stealing private avis but taking and leaking personal information from everyone they encounter while in public instances. And are posting it to something called Hexxed if you see anyone with a account that mentions hexxed in their bio block and report them otherwise your personal location and info has probably already been taken and leaked by them, this isn't to fear monger anyone this is just a warning and unfortunately the sad reality that vrchat has come to. Stay safe guys.9. If you lie about your age and are under age trying to obtain NSFW avis from either Nova or myself that will be a ban with no appeal.10. If you are caught either ripping, involved in ripping, associated with someone who rips, uses ripped/leaked assets or models, or are asking someone else to obtain ripped/leaked models of my own or other creators whether they gave it to you or not whether you ripped it yourself or not the issue is that you're asking for ripped content to begin with, and its the principle that matters to me that being you choosing to seek stolen content whether its you doing it or you asking someone else to with that being said there should be no confusion on this matter at all this is a guilty buy association rule, and so for all of the above if you are found guilty of these things you will be banned and publicly blacklisted with no warning and no appeal.______________________
